MissionOur mission is to strive to grow spiritually by serving others in fellowship with like-minded parishioners, providing basic life necessities and spiritual support for our neighbors in need. We provide financial assistance for rent, utilities, food, clothing, furniture, and bus passes. We listen. We pray.

Ways to Serve
Whatever your talents, skills or interests, there are many ways you can serve. - We make Home Visits with those in need to offer a listening ear, emotional and spiritual support, and financial help to those in critical situations.- We collect gently used donations twice a year for the Thrift Store at our Fill the Truck events.- Our Thrift Store always needs cashiers and volunteers to help sort, display and price our store items.- The Back-to-School program gives children new backpacks and school supplies.- Our Christmas Giving program raises gifts and donations for needy families during the Christmas season: adopt a family, provide for the wishes of a family member or donate towards HEB gift cards.- Food Pantry volunteers assist in food stocking and inventory and prepping boxes for distribution to neighborsVincentians serve in hope ... you can too.For more information on any of these programs contact [email protected]

Sent Out Two by Two“Jesus summoned the Twelve and began to send them out two by two ...” Mark 6:7And so do the Vincentians go when we are out on home visits to help a neighbor in need. We travel in pairs to provide companionship and encouragement. We are not Apostles or saints, we are just trying to do what Jesus asked of us – to help those who need it most. October 3-4: Fill The TruckThe community is invited to donate gently used items to the SVDP Thrift Store by filling trucks with donations.
