Mary can sometimes feel distant, confusing, or even optional in the Catholic life—but what if she’s actually essential?
In this talk, we’ll dive into who Mary really is: not just the Mother of Jesus, but your spiritual mother and the Mother of the Church. We’ll briefly unpack what the Church teaches about her (including the four Marian dogmas), but more importantly, we’ll get to the heart of why she matters for you—right now. If the phrase “Know Mary, know Jesus” is true, then knowing her isn’t extra, it’s transformational. Mary doesn’t compete with Jesus—she leads you straight to Him.
Through Scripture, real-life application, and Church teaching, this talk will challenge the idea that Mary is optional and invite you into a deeper, more personal relationship with both her and Christ.- Cost: FREE, with dinner included! Please RSVP.
