- A MESSAGE FROM FR. DEAN
  
  Dear Parish Family,
  
  Our hearts remain heavy as we continue to mourn the tragic loss of life and the widespread devastation caused by the July 4th floods across Camp Mystic, the Hill Country, and Central Texas, especially within the Archdiocese of San Antonio, the Diocese of Austin, and surrounding communities.
  
  We know that many in our parish are experiencing profound grief, some personally, and others in solidarity with those who are deeply suffering. Please know that we are praying for you and with you, and we are here for you.
  
  Grief is not a linear journey. Each person mourns differently, and there is no right or wrong way to move through it. As your priests, we want to walk alongside you in this time of sorrow and offer spaces for peace, prayer, and healing.
  
  We invite you to join us in the sacred rhythm of our parish life at daily and weekend Mass, in Adoration, and during the Monday evening Rosary at 7:00 PM in the church. These moments of prayer are opportunities to find strength, comfort, and connection.
  
  If you are looking for ways to support those impacted, please visit our parish website where you’ll find ways to respond through prayer, service, or financial support. Every gesture of compassion makes a difference.
  
  And if you are in need, whether spiritually, emotionally, or practically, we are here for you. Please don’t hesitate to call the parish office to schedule a time to talk or pray with us. Know that you are not alone.
  
  Together, as a parish family, we will continue to be a light for one another.

  Heavenly Father, we lift up to You all those who are grieving and suffering in the wake of the recent floods. Comfort them with Your peace, surround them with love, and grant strength to all who are offering aid. May our prayers and acts of compassion be a sign of Your mercy and light in the darkness. Amen.

Luan wish to express their heartfelt prayers and solidarity with all who have been impacted by the devastating floods across the Hill Country and Central Texas over the Fourth of July weekend. As a parish family, our hearts remain heavy as we grieve the loss of precious lives and pray for healing and restoration in the communities affected.
